Job Summary

Tabono Consult Limited is looking for an NOC Representative to serve as a key link between the client and field operations, technical, finance, and commercial teams.

The role focuses on Network Operations Center (NOC) support, system monitoring, technical troubleshooting, SLA/KPI monitoring, fault management, reporting, and operational audits.

Key Responsibilities

NOC & Operations

• Represent the NOC at the client’s premises.
• Support the NOC team through training, on-call support, and software support.
• Monitor client solutions, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Create and escalate fault tickets to relevant vendors.
• Follow up on incidents until they are resolved.

Certification

• Certify project-related works.

Technical Support

• Follow up on access and change requests with the relevant teams.
• Provide second-level technical support to checkout teams.
• Conduct second-level checks on completed works.
• Verify related alarm test reports.
• Conduct weekly audits of software applications, NOC systems, and dashboards.

Reporting

Prepare:

• Daily NOC activity and operational KPI reports.
• Weekly account-performance reports.
• Monthly reports.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a university degree in one of the following:

• Computer Science
• Electrical Engineering
• Telecommunications Engineering

Required Competencies

• Ability to identify and analyze complex engineering data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present ideas and recommendations clearly.
• Strong attention to quality and ownership of work.
