NORTHERN ZONE MANAGER (1 POST)

JOB PURPOSE

The Northern Zone Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales of agricultural inputs, including seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, tractors, and related products. The role also includes managing operations and overall business performance within the assigned zone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales growth and achieve targets for all agricultural inputs within the zone
• Develop and implement effective zonal sales strategies
• Manage distribution to ensure product availability and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with audit, financial, and regulatory requirements
• Lead, coach, and supervise the zonal sales and operations team
• Prepare and submit monthly sales and operations reports

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in agricultural inputs sales
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, with high integrity and professionalism
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone
