Mogo Tanzania is looking for a Product Trainer – Device Financing to support the training, onboarding, and performance development of field teams as the company expands its device financing operations.

About the Role
The Product Trainer will play a key role in developing capable, disciplined, and high-performing field teams. The role involves training Loan Officers, dealers, promoters, and agents on products, processes, systems, and field operations.
The successful candidate will also help establish training standards, strengthen onboarding processes, and identify performance gaps that require additional coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Train Loan Officers, dealers, promoters, and agents on products, processes, and systems.
- Develop structured onboarding programmes and refresher training schedules.
- Ensure teams have full mastery of CRM and loan systems, including compliance and data
