Role Overview
The Product Trainer plays a key role in building high-performing field teams by ensuring strong onboarding, training, and execution.
You will drive sales quality, compliance, and performance by equipping Loan Officers, dealers, and agents with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
🎓 Training & Development
- Train Loan Officers, dealers, and agents on:
- Products
- Processes
- Systems
- Develop onboarding programs and refresher training schedules
💻 Systems & Compliance
- Ensure teams fully understand CRM and loan systems
- Promote compliance and high data quality standards
📈 Performance Improvement
- Identify skill and performance gaps
- Coach teams to improve:
- Conversion rates
- Onboarding quality
- Field execution
Requirements
💼 Experience
- Proven experience as a trainer in:
- Fintech
- Telco
- PAYGO
- Retail or device financing
🧠 Skills & Competencies
- Strong facilitation and communication skills (English & Swahili)
- Experience training on:
- Mobile apps
- Digital tools
- Field sales processes
- Energetic, structured, and field-oriented
- Comfortable traveling and working closely with field teams
➕ Added Advantage
- Experience in the mobile phone industry
