Key Responsibilities

📈 Own Regional Performance

  • Deliver ambitious sales targets
  • Expand and manage dealer networks
  • Drive growth while maintaining portfolio quality
  • Ensure strong execution across:
    • Dealer activation
    • Field productivity
    • KPI achievement

👥 Leadership & Team Development

  • Manage and coach Area Sales Managers
  • Build and lead high-performing field teams
  • Drive accountability and execution discipline

🛡️ Portfolio Quality & Risk Management

  • Monitor repayment trends (DPD, early delinquency)
  • Enforce strong onboarding and credit discipline
  • Identify fraud risks and collaborate with risk/collections teams

Requirements

💼 Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years in sales leadership
  • Experience managing multi-region operations (advantage)
  • Proven ability to scale dealer/agent-based channels
