Union Service Stores Ltd (USSL) is a leading manufacturing & grain aggregation company committed to delivering high-quality grains through operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved.

• Develop and implement production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate shift teams to achieve optimal performance.

• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational readiness.

• Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with Quality Control, Milling, Procurement, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth production processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a production line environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, quality management systems, and lean manufacturing principles.

• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
