Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production activities based on demand and stock levels.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance & Control teams to maintain product quality standards.
- Coordinate raw material collection and usage with the Stores department.
- Monitor production efficiency, yields, and waste to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports on time.
- Ensure strict adherence to GMPs, safety standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate preventive machine maintenance with the maintenance team.
- Supervise, motivate, and manage the production team to achieve performance targets.
- Identify training needs and support continuous skill development of staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Production Management, Quality Management, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in preform manufacturing is an added advantage).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and production reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
