We are seeking a motivated and qualified Quality Performance Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to grow in the telecommunications industry while contributing to service quality, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.


Position Overview

The Quality Performance Engineer will be responsible for monitoring network performance, ensuring quality of service (QoS), handling customer-related issues, and coordinating with regulatory bodies to maintain high service standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regulatory authorities such as Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority and Universal Communications Service Access Fund on:
    • QoS monitoring
    • Issue resolution
    • External interference investigations
  • Analyze network performance using systems such as:
    • CSW
    • Meta Enterprise Centre
  • Prepare and submit zonal performance reports to regulatory entities
  • Conduct zonal market visits to better understand customer needs and expectations
  • Handle customer complaints escalated by:
    • TCRA
    • UCSAF
    • Other regulatory bodies
  • Coordinate with Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure:
    • Timely resolution of issues
    • Feedback is communicated effectively
  • Support regional quality teams and collaborate with customer service teams on:
    • Voice of Customer (VOC) insights
    • Net Promoter Score (NPS) follow-ups and improvements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • Telecommunications
    • Or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in:
    • Network optimization
    • Customer management
