INVITATION FOR CLEANING SERVICES VENDORS APPLICATION

OVERVIEW

Americares Foundation Tanzania invites qualified and experienced cleaning service providers to submit proposals for office cleaning services at its country office premises measuring approximately 210 square meters, located at Ekacliff Building, 2nd Floor, Isamilo Area, Plot No. 117, Block D, Balewa Road, Ilemela Municipality, P.O. Box 49, Mwanza, Tanzania.

Please note that the selected vendor will provide cleaning services and personnel only, while Americares will provide all cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for the execution of the services.

The successful vendor is expected to ensure professionalism, reliability, confidentiality, and consistent quality of service throughout the contract period.

Scope of Services

Office cleaning and dusting
Washroom cleaning and sanitization
Floor and window cleaning
Waste collection and disposal
Kitchen cleaning and;
General maintenance of a clean and hygienic working environment.
Maintain washroom sanitary disposal bin

Requirements

Registered company in Tanzania
Valid business license, TIN, and Tax Clearance Certificate
Professional and trained staff
Proven experience in similar services
Physical office in Mwanza
References from previous clients
