Location: Arusha, Tanzania
Operation Base: Tanzania

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• IATA/UFTAA Certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an airline or travel agency.
• Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Aviation is preferred.
• Experience using Amadeus, Galileo, or AeroCRS.
• Fluent in English and Swahili.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
