About the Opportunity
Jubilee Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Force Unit Manager to lead and grow a sales team across Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, recruiting and mentoring sales agents, expanding customer outreach, and helping clients secure their financial future through quality insurance solutions.
Role Overview
The Sales Force Unit Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving and achieving sales targets.
- Recruiting and building a high-performing sales team.
- Training, coaching, and mentoring insurance agents.
- Monitoring and improving team productivity.
- Expanding the company’s customer base.
- Supporting agents in achieving their performance goals.
- Promoting Jubilee Life Insurance products and services.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Finance
- Insurance
- Or a related field
Experience
- Experience in sales or insurance is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Recruitment and people management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
