Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lubricating oil sales or large-scale mechanical equipment sales, with excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Promote and sell lubricating oils and/or large-scale mechanical equipment.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.

  • Follow up on customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.

  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Prepare sales reports and submit updates to management.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in one or more of the following industries:

    • Lubricants

    • Oil & Gas

    • Automotive products

    • Motor vehicle spare parts

    • Heavy machinery and equipment

    • Industrial products

  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Good understanding of automotive, industrial, or heavy equipment markets.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
