SALES OFFICER – CAR LOANS (4 POSTS)

TEVI Microfinance Company is a rapidly growing microfinance institution operating in Dar es Salaam for nearly seven (7) years. The company is committed to delivering demand-driven financial solutions that support business growth, financial inclusion, and improved economic well-being across the communities it serves.
As part of its continued expansion, TEVI Microfinance is seeking to recruit highly qualified, motivated, and performance-driven professionals to join its team and contribute to the growth of its loan portfolio and overall institutional excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive car loan sales and customer acquisition
- Identify and onboard qualified vehicle financing clients
- Close deals directly in the field
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and grow a high-quality loan portfolio
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in car financing or asset financing (highly preferred)
- Strong sales track record in microfinance or banking
- Confident, aggressive, and target-driven personality
- Excellent negotiation and client handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Diploma or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Women with proven sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply
