POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Account Administrator is responsible for managing complex account administration activities, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment across client accounts.
This role involves managing high-impact contracts, overseeing colocation projects, improving processes, and supporting regional operations. It also includes mentoring junior staff and working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Account & Client Management
- Serve as the primary contact for major client accounts
- Ensure compliance and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Coordinate resolution of escalated client and operational issues
2. Contract & Project Management
- Manage complex contract amendments and colocation requests
- Conduct risk assessments and resolve contract-related issues
- Oversee FCU and RFI processes across multiple regions
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of administrative workflows
3. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare detailed operational and executive-level reports
- Provide insights and recommendations for decision-making
- Analyze operational trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
4. Process Improvement & Coordination
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with internal and regional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support infrastructure optimization and resource-sharing initiatives
5. Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and guide junior administrators
- Provide training and best practices in account management
- Support team capability development across regions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- 3–5 years in account administration, contract management, or related roles
- Experience handling complex contracts and process improvement initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience may be considered
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong understanding of contract administration and amendments
- Experience with colocation operations and workflow coordination
- Proficiency in administrative systems (e.g., Collo Portal)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES
- Experience preparing reports for senior management
