Position: Senior Loan Officer

Department: Sales (SME)
Number of Positions: 1
Duty Station: Tazara

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of branch operations.
• Provide overall leadership and direction to the team in achieving assigned targets and budget.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Monitor daily loan repayments for all Assistant Loan Officers.
• Guide, motivate, and support the team to achieve higher productivity.
• Ensure high ethical standards are maintained in all branch operations.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Business Administration or any business-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
