Healing Earth Africa is seeking an experienced and results-driven Spa Manager to lead one of its luxury spa operations in Zanzibar, Tanzania.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury hospitality, guest experience management, team development, and revenue growth. The position is based at one of the company’s premium resort spa locations.

Key Responsibilities

The Spa Manager will be responsible for:

Spa Operations Management

• Lead daily spa operations while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and spa policies.
• Oversee operational procedures, scheduling, reporting, and service delivery.

Team Leadership & Development

• Manage, train, motivate, and develop the spa team.
• Promote teamwork and a high-performance culture.

Revenue & Sales Growth

• Drive treatment and retail sales.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase spa performance and profitability.

Guest Experience Management

• Maintain excellent guest satisfaction scores.
• Ensure consistent delivery of luxury spa experiences.
• Build strong relationships with hotel management and guests.

Inventory & Administration

• Manage stock control processes.
• Monitor operational performance and reporting requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a:
  • Spa Manager, or
  • Assistant Spa Manager
    in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience increasing:
  • Spa revenue.
  • Retail sales performance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Additional languages will be an added advantage.
• Experience with spa booking systems is an advantage.
