Position Summary
The Country Lead: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding will report to the People & Culture Director and will be responsible for leading the country’s talent acquisition and employer branding strategy.
The role focuses on attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent while strengthening the company’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to position Coca-Cola Kwanza as an employer of choice and support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through:
- Online job boards
- Social media
- Professional networking
- Employee referral programmes
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
Recruitment & Selection
- Conduct CV screening and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities.
- Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Coordinate background checks and employment offers.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding Support
- Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees.
Employer Branding
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives aligned with the Group Employer Branding Framework.
- Adapt branding strategies to local market needs.
- Promote the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Build and engage a network of employer brand ambassadors.
Employee Experience
- Analyze employee survey results to improve workplace culture.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and experience.
Recruitment Analytics
- Track recruitment performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on:
- Hiring progress
- Candidate feedback
- Recruitment trends
- Labour market insights
- Use data to improve talent acquisition strategies.
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about:
- Recruitment best practices
- Employment legislation
- Labour market trends
- Recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
Talent Strategy
- Monitor talent attraction, retention, performance, and workforce growth.
- Support workforce planning and segmentation strategies.
Diversity & Compliance
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal requirements.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Marketing
- Create engaging employer branding content.
- Showcase company culture, employee experiences, and organizational values.
- Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence to attract top talent.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Human Resources Management
- Or a related field.
Experience
Applicants should have:
- 4–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in:
- Talent Acquisition
- Recruitment
- Talent Management
