Elegex Logistics Limited is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Transport and Logistics Expeditor to join their operations team. If you have a strong background in supply chain workflows and fleet coordination, you are invited to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet & Movement Tracking: Monitor daily truck movements, border crossings, and cargo transit status in real time to ensure timely deliveries.
Documentation Management: Coordinate and process essential operational shipping documents, including Proof of Delivery (POD), transport orders, load confirmations, and pre-alerts.
Operational Coordination: Liaise closely with drivers, subcontractors, terminals, and internal teams to resolve transit bottlenecks and expedite cargo clearance.
Reporting & Compliance: Generate routine trucking reports, track delivery milestones, and ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: Proven professional experience in transport operations, freight forwarding, or cross-border logistics coordination.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong working knowledge of transport management workflows and route protocols.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in MS Excel and operational software systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
