Position Overview

Beach & Safari Holidays is seeking a passionate Travel Specialist to join its growing team in Breda, The Netherlands. The successful candidate will design and sell tailor-made Tanzania and Zanzibar travel experiences while providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire guest journey.

With its own lodges, safari camps, vehicles, and professional guides in Tanzania and Zanzibar, Beach & Safari Holidays offers authentic, personalized travel experiences from planning to return.

Key Responsibilities

The Travel Specialist will be responsible for:

• Advising guests on tailor-made travel itineraries for Tanzania and Zanzibar.
• Guiding clients from their initial enquiry through to the completion of their trip.
• Preparing personalized travel proposals and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinating with operations teams and company lodges in Tanzania.
• Providing outstanding customer service before, during, and after each journey.
• Creating memorable safari and beach holiday experiences for clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Fluency in English (additional European languages are an advantage).
• Experience in:
  • Travel sales,
  • Tourism, or
  • Hospitality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Passion for Africa and creating exceptional travel experiences.
