Role Overview

The Unit Manager will be responsible for leading and managing agency sales teams, driving life insurance business growth, recruiting and mentoring agents, and ensuring achievement of sales targets within the assigned region.

The role offers an opportunity to build a rewarding career in life insurance and sales management while working with one of East Africa’s most established insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise agency sales teams.
Drive life insurance sales and business development activities.
Recruit, train, and mentor insurance agents.
Ensure achievement of regional sales targets.
Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Promote Jubilee Life Insurance products and services.
Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.
