1. Grievance Mitigation Committee (GMC) Head – 1 Post
Job Purpose
The GMC Head is an independent position responsible for resolving unresolved employee grievances that may affect the effective operation of ASA International (ASAI).
The role ensures that grievance mitigation processes are:
- Transparent
- Fair
- Thorough
- Confidential
- Compliant with company policies and labour regulations
The GMC Head must protect employee privacy, handle sensitive information responsibly, and ensure that employees are not subjected to retaliation.
Key Responsibilities
The GMC Head will:
- Open employee complaints, appeals, and direct complaints submitted through the GMC process.
- Forward received appeals, direct complaints, and GMC entity complaints to GMC Group for guidance and compliance monitoring.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with GMC procedures and country labour laws.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly GMC reports, including:
Monthly Meeting & Appeal Report
- Summarizing received complaints and appeals.
Monthly Complaints Follow-up Report
- Providing updates on employee complaint statuses.
Punishment Report
- Reviewing disciplinary actions taken by management to ensure compliance with company manuals and procedures.
Quarterly Appeals & Direct Complaints Report
- Reporting final outcomes of appeals and direct complaints.
- Review differences between HR manuals and labour laws regarding:
- Termination
- Promotion
- Demotion
- Salary increments
- Transfers
- Penalties
- Other employee-related matters
- Lead GMC sessions during:
- Employee orientation programs
- Training sessions
- Exit interviews
- Online training sessions
- Follow GMC policies and instructions from the Group GMC Chairperson.
- Conduct branch visits related to grievances when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:
- Management
- Law
- Or related fields.
Experience requirements:
- 10–15 years of managerial experience.
- Preference will be given to retired female professionals.

2. Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) – 1 Post
Job Purpose
The Chief Commercial Officer will lead the company’s commercial strategy by driving business growth, market expansion, customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
The CCO will:
- Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy.
- Lead business development and market expansion initiatives.
- Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth.

Job Purpose
The Legal Officer will provide legal guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, manage legal risks, and safeguard the company’s interests.
Key Responsibilities
The Legal Officer will:
- Provide legal advice to management and departments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate:
- Contracts
- Agreements
- MoUs
- Legal documents
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage litigation matters and coordinate with external advocates.
- Prepare legal opinions and risk assessments.
- Support debt recovery processes.
- Liaise with:
- Government institutions
- Regulatory authorities
- External stakeholders
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations.
- Support disciplinary and employee relations matters.
- Maintain legal records and documentation.
- Assist with:

Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
- Admission to the Bar and valid Practicing Certificate is an added advantage.
