Job Purpose
The Account Developer role is an entry-to-mid level commercial position designed to build future sales leaders.
The role focuses on:
- Territory ownership
- Frontline sales execution
- Customer relationship management

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets and grow market share within assigned territory
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships across retail outlets
- Execute trade marketing and promotional campaigns according to company standards
- Use digital tools for order management, reporting, and performance tracking
- Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities
- Manage equipment placement, stock rotation, and compliance requirements
- Support brand visibility and execution in trade environments
- Contribute to CCBA’s mission of community upliftment and sustainable growth
Skills, Experience and Education
Required
- Recent graduate or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business
- Strong commercial awareness and numerical ability
- Proficiency in English (additional languages an advantage)
- Basic digital literacy (apps, mobile tools, reporting systems)
- Demonstrated initiative through work, projects, or leadership activities
