Job Purpose

The Account Developer role is an entry-to-mid level commercial position designed to build future sales leaders.

The role focuses on:

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales targets and grow market share within assigned territory
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships across retail outlets
  • Execute trade marketing and promotional campaigns according to company standards
  • Use digital tools for order management, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage equipment placement, stock rotation, and compliance requirements
  • Support brand visibility and execution in trade environments
  • Contribute to CCBA’s mission of community upliftment and sustainable growth

Skills, Experience and Education

Required

  • Recent graduate or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business
  • Strong commercial awareness and numerical ability
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages an advantage)
  • Basic digital literacy (apps, mobile tools, reporting systems)
  • Demonstrated initiative through work, projects, or leadership activities
