Job Overview

Computer Centre Tanzania is seeking a Cyber Security Pre-Sales Executive to provide technical sales support for promoting and selling cybersecurity products, solutions, and services to both existing and prospective customers. The role combines strong cybersecurity expertise with sales and consulting skills to deliver tailored security solutions that meet customer business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise the sales team on positioning cybersecurity solutions and identifying key stakeholders within client organizations.
• Develop customer-specific cybersecurity roadmaps and business plans in collaboration with sales and client management teams.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers by acting as a Trusted Advisor for cybersecurity solutions.
• Identify and analyze customer security challenges, technical requirements, and business needs.
• Design customer-specific cybersecurity solutions, including:
  • Technology and product selection
  • Solution scoping
  • Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis
  • Return on Investment (ROI) analysis
• Translate customer requirements into comprehensive service packages while representing customer needs to internal teams.
• Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and tenders by preparing customer-specific offers and value propositions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on cybersecurity campaigns, promotions, events, and awareness programs.
• Conduct cybersecurity vulnerability assessments to identify customer security gaps and develop business cases for proposed solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong cybersecurity sales pipeline.
• Deliver cybersecurity presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions for prospective clients.
• Prepare and present monthly activity and performance reports to the Business Unit Head.
• Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or a related field:
  • Cyber Security
  • Information Security
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Engineering
  • Network Engineering
  • Telecommunications
• A postgraduate qualification in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or Business Administration (MBA) will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Cyber Security
  • Presales Engineering
  • Technical Consulting
  • Solution Architecture
  • ICT Solution Sales
• Strong solution design and technical presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management abilities.
• Ability to translate technical cybersecurity requirements into practical business solutions.
