Yas Tanzania is seeking an experienced Fiber BI & Reporting Manager to lead business intelligence, reporting, data governance, and analytics activities supporting its fiber broadband operations. The role focuses on turning operational and commercial data into reliable insights, automating reporting processes, and improving visibility across the fiber build-to-activation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems, including data supplied by vendors and contractors.
• Establish and maintain a reliable single source of truth for fiber business data.
• Develop and maintain automated Power BI/Tableau dashboards covering business, financial, operational, and customer performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align BI reports and analytics with business objectives.
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and data visibility.
• Improve reporting and monitoring across the fiber build-to-activation workflow.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements for BI development and analytics.
• Monitor and report on fiber broadband KPIs and commercial metrics.
• Apply analytical insights to support business performance and decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or telecom analytics.
• Proficiency in:
  • Power BI
  • Tableau
  • SQL
  • Microsoft Excel
• Experience with GIS tools is an added advantage.
• Experience in the telecommunications or ISP industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of fiber broadband KPIs and commercial metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect data insights with business impact.
