Position Overview
The organization is seeking experienced and strategic professionals to join the team as Head of Region.
The role is responsible for:
- Driving regional sales growth
- Managing regional operations
- Leading teams and market execution
- Supporting strategic business initiatives
- Building strong stakeholder relationships
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess:
- University Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Management
- Related field
Added advantage:
- Master’s Degree
Experience Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- At least 3 years in:
- Leadership roles
- Team management positions
Preferred industry background:
- FMCG
- Telecommunications
Core Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Identify regional business opportunities
- Convert opportunities into measurable sales growth
- Support execution of key business initiatives
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Organize conventions for:
- Team Leaders
- Freelancers
- Manage and guide Sales Areas Managers
- Drive achievement of budget and sales targets
Operational Management
- Set and monitor Cycle Plans
- Supervise execution of operational activities
- Coordinate new site openings through the Engine Room structure
- Directly manage new site launch activities
Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with authorities
- Support smooth regional operations and compliance
Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory Health and Safety requirements
- Promote safe operational practices across the region
