Role Purpose

The Integrated Management Systems Associate will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System, including:

• ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems
• ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Systems
• ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
• Other applicable standards and requirements

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Develop, implement, and maintain IMS documentation and processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and legal requirements.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Support certification audit processes.
• Lead risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Provide training and awareness on IMS requirements.
• Manage document control and records management systems.
• Monitor IMS performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare reports and track system effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Engineering
  • Environmental Science
  • Quality Management
  • Or a related field

Professional Experience

• More than 3 years of experience managing IMS and ISO systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in:
  • Auditing
  • Compliance management
  • Risk assessment
  • Quality and safety systems

Required Certifications

Advantageous certification:

• ISO Lead Auditor Certification in:
  • ISO 9001
  • ISO 14001
  • ISO 45001

Skills & Competencies

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and management systems.
