Union Service Stores Ltd (USSL) is seeking to recruit two motivated, honest, and detail-oriented Junior Accountants to join our Finance Department. This is an excellent opportunity for young accounting professionals looking to build their careers in a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accounting records and financial documents.

• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Assist in bank reconciliations and cash management.

• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.

• Support monthly and annual financial reporting.

• Assist with tax documentation and statutory compliance.

• Maintain proper filing of financial records.

• Perform stock and asset reconciliations where required.

• Carry out any other accounting duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Diploma in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (Minimum qualification).

• Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant working experience is an added advantage.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Key Attributes: High level of integrity, accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
