Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Product Sales & Distribution
- Sell and distribute company products, including:
- Spirits
- Drinking water
- Ice products
- Deliver products to customers within Dar es Salaam and other regions using a TOYO motorcycle.
- Develop strategies to increase sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Display product advertisements in shops and other suitable locations to increase customer awareness.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer needs.
TOYO Motorcycle Management
- Ensure the TOYO motorcycle is clean and maintained in good working condition.
- Conduct regular servicing and ensure the motorcycle operates properly.
- Operate the TOYO safely according to road traffic laws.
- Avoid unsafe riding practices, including:
- Driving at excessive speed over potholes
- Unsafe riding on steep roads
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Fuel usage
- Distance travelled
- Daily motorcycle activities
Reporting & Workplace Conduct
- Submit daily sales reports and fuel-use records after completing work.
- Cooperate with production and sales teams to improve company performance.
- Maintain honesty and transparency regarding:
- Sales activities
- Product distribution
- Motorcycle usage
- Maintain personal cleanliness while working.
- Wear appropriate work clothing or company uniform.
- Communicate respectfully with:
- Customers
- Managers
- Fellow employees
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Valid licence and ability to operate a TOYO motorcycle.
- At least six (6) months of experience in selling and distributing products such as:
- Water
- Spirits
- Ice products
- Other consumer goods
Additional requirements:
- Ability to read, write, calculate, and communicate effectively.
- Good personal hygiene and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Honest, trustworthy, hardworking, and disciplined.
