Role Summary

The Management Consultant will work with clients to analyze business challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver practical, data-driven solutions across strategy, finance, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Engage clients to identify strategic challenges and business opportunities
Define business problems and develop data-driven solutions
Conduct market research and business intelligence analysis
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Prepare high-quality consultancy proposals
Deliver consulting assignments in strategy, finance, and governance
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in:
- Finance
- Accounting
- Economics
- Audit
- Or a related field
Professional certifications are an added advantage:
- CPA
- PMP
- ACCA
- CFA

Experience & Competencies

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in:
- Consulting
- Advisory
- Professional services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with data and generate insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Client engagement and relationship management ability
