Requirements

Applicants must:

Hold a Diploma or higher-level college qualification.
Be able to communicate effectively in both English and Swahili.
Have at least 1 year of sales experience.
Be hardworking, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business or a related field.
Sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven and customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
