About the Company
Dr Scent is a provider of ambient scenting solutions, offering innovative fragrance systems designed to enhance indoor environments.
The company is expanding its team in Dar es Salaam and is seeking a driven and goal-oriented Sales Representative to support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pitch scent marketing solutions to corporate, commercial and retail clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and client visits.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Prepare and present customized proposals to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Minimum of a Diploma in:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience.
Language Skills
- Fluent in both English and Swahili, both written and spoken.
Other Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- High degree of initiative.
